Bridge to Tomorrow’s Aspire Training focuses on applied behavior analysis (ABA), a scientifically proven and evidence-based approach to teaching children with cognitive challenges.

Level I—Aspire Foundations
The Aspire Foundations provides caregivers and caregiver aides with the core knowledge and skills to support students with varying abilities. Topics covered in this level include effective classroom management, setting expectations, establishing routines and procedures, and an introduction to applied behavior analysis (ABA) in the classroom.
Level II—Aspire Intensive
The Aspire Intensive equips caregivers with the skills to implement group instruction models effectively. It also touches on topics such as building accuracy methodologies and some advanced applied behavior analysis (ABA) methods. You'll also get an introduction to precision teaching with a focus on the mathematical approach to special education.
Level III—Aspire Master
The Aspire Master provides educators and caregivers with in-depth and advanced training in Mathematics, intervention, and data decision-making. It also delves deeper into advanced precision teaching, component/composite techniques, as well as assessment and program monitoring. You'll be an expert on applied behavior analysis (ABA) upon completing this level.
Level IV—Aspire Administrator
The Aspire Administrator provides an overview of the entire Aspire Training program with an emphasis on staff performance monitoring. At this level, you will learn to develop and deploy assessment protocols and organizational behavior management techniques to motivate staff. You will also know how to oversee the program's implementation in your school or organization.
Mastering ADHD and Autism Classroom Management and Instruction: The Aspire Training Advantage
Bridge to Tomorrow believes that each child—neurodivergent or not—develops and learns differently. As such, our Aspire Training programs focus on individualized instruction that takes into account each student’s unique needs and abilities. We will help develop and strengthen your skills as an educator or caregiver in creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment for children with autism and other cognitive challenges.

MindMeld: Aspire
A complete course that teaches educators and caregivers how to reach neurodiverse learners at their level. It covers topics ranging from classroom management to behavioral and emotional support. Using proven data-driven metrics, this program offers scientific and practical strategies for bringing out the best in every student.
MindMeld: Accelerate
These are 1:1 sessions for educators and caregivers to accelerate their growth and hone their skills in caring for students with learning and developmental challenges. This program is designed to be flexible and personalized, allowing educators and caregivers to receive tailored support and guidance from experts in the field.
Mind Meld: Achieve
In this program, educators and caregivers will have the opportunity to work in a classroom setting as they implement the techniques and strategies they have learned. They'll be guided and assisted by experienced mentors who will provide feedback and support throughout the entire process.
